I purchased for my elderly mother who sleeps sitting in a chair and has had tailbone soreness for a number of years. She had been using a foam coccyx cutout cushion. But recently her pain became worse. This Nova cushion has reduced her pain by about 75%. It is medium in firmness and works very well in her softer cushioned chair. On a firmer cushioned chair, it is a bit too firm for her. So on firmer chairs, she uses her old foam cushion. Because this new cushion has helped her so much I purchased a second one. The cover removes for cleaning. It’s packaged in a plastic carrying case with handle.

Nice cushion, gel foam is the best. It's not reversible, kind of bummed about that. I wonder why they make the Velcro ties so SHORT?? i'LL HAVE TO TIE SOME STRING OR SOMETHING TO THEM TO MAKE IT WORK

Got this for my 86 year old relative who is wheelchair bound. She loves it and it immediately relieved her of an aching back. Highly recommend this cushion!

The outer cover is definitely not waterproof! I took the cover off to wash it, and the cushion inside was moist, molded, and falling apart. There have been a few minor leaks from the diaper in the 5 months that we have had it, and obviously all the leakage went through and has totally ruined the cushion inside. Total waste of money.

This was purchased for my mother after the nursing home dropped her on her tail bone. This product fixed the pain of her anguish. Thank you for making this available for your public.

Very nice seat cushion. Couldn't use for my mom as it was too hard. But I'm using it just fine.
