Excellent customer service. Have used this before when it appeared that the macerator had given up. I can't say it will work in all instances but it's got ours up and running overnight 3 times now. Next day delivery too from this company. Highly recommend!

Fixed long running issue
Fantastic product. I ordered as my mascorator was running for a long time. I poured 2.5l after switching power off and kept it overnight.In the morning I flash started the mascorator for 1second and left it again of for couple of hours and it fixed the problem... Highly recommended.This is not the instructions by manufacturer but I kept for long time as I had not cleaned my machine for 5 year and it was a big problem where I was okay to replace it. So follow the Norml instructions unless you want to take your own risk.
