Iv'e used quite a few deck sealers over the years, just put down this TWP on our deck, I ended up putting one coat on the decking and after it dried I did the railings. I wish I would have done the railings first because I ended up putting two coats on them and only one coat on the deck itself and the railing look much better after having two coats applied, evidently once this product dries it seals and a second coat cannot be applied. I'll let it age awhile and re do the decking, I will definitely buy again.
