HANSATerrier Puppy Plush 9 inches Length

We're swimming in plush animals but I couldn't resist getting this dog - not for the kids, for myself. This looks so much like our beloved terrier mix, in puppy-size. This puppy has such a sweet expression, and is so soft, that I can't help petting it when I go by. It actually has been comforting, even though it doesn't look quite so feisty :-). It has that wiry, terrier coat, little eyelids and wired legs for posing. The colors are airbrushed so they look natural.We have other Hansa animals, even life-sized ones; they're heirloom quality so I knew it would be well made and it did not disappoint. By the way, this puppy looks EXACTLY like the pictures and the measurements are accurate. The price is appropriate for the quality. I am grateful for, and enjoyed reading, the wonderful reviews! (I sort reviews by "Most Recent", which are usually helpful, rather than Amazon's default of "Top" reviews.)

I love my Hansa terrier pup. It does not look like the photo. The fabric used to make the dog is different, but it is very life like. Hansa animals are beautiful and well made. Thank you.

This was purchased for my daughter and she loves it. It doesn't quite match the picture, but it's still quite adorable and clearly well made. It has wires in the front legs so that you can pose him a bit and the hair is very scraggly- like a real puppy with a somewhat wirey coat! I would give it a higher rating but it's too expensive for the size.

We purchased this adorable little stuffed Norfolk Terrier for our daughter as a gift. It looks just like our dog, Rosie, who is part Norfolk Terrier. The stuffed animal by Hansa is of BEAUTIFUL quality. So lifelike! The legs are wired and can bend into sitting position or laying down position. The price was a bit high for a small stuffed animal, but the quality cannot be beat. It's so worth it to see the smile on my daughter's face when she plays with her new pal.

Dog does NOT look like picture. Looks like a rat like mentioned by others. Hair on snout is very short and were so tightly tacked to head it looked silly. Ears are not dark. Bought for granddaughter and will not give it to her. If you remember the TV series "Alf" this dog looks like him. I have tried fluffing hair such as it is...shed more than my own dog. I cannot make it look like picture. Very disappointed.

Gave this to my 7-year-old niece for Christmas a week ago and I'm told she hasn't put it down since. It looks just like one of our family dogs and she loves it. Very well made and lifelike.
