BSN Tensoplast Elastic Adhesive Tape, Tan, 2.5cm x 4.5m, Pack of 1

Broke my toe, & was told to keep it strapped up. Of course, despite claims, none of these are completely waterproof, & need to be replaced after a bath (you'd want to replace after a bath anyway, right?), so the strapping had to be replaced fairly frequently. After trying several different types, & none of them performing anywhere near as well as the original strapping, I phoned the hospital in desperation, & asked if they'd be willing to supply the name of the strapping they'd used. This was it. Hospital were unsure whether it would be available to the general public, but thankfully, it is! :) Strongly recommend, but remember that it's elasticated - don't make it too tight: particularly over swelling. 2-3 layers will provide better stability than overstretching.
