As a massage therapist I’m always trying to get my clients to stretch more. Miranda’s workout DVDs have been helping me become more flexible so I now recommend them to my clients.

Good Stretch
I really like her videos and I can see that while walking every day is good cardio, I need to stretch. Every, single day!! And she is right, afterwards I feel great.

Disappointing and maybe a bit dangerous
She just sort of flies around half the time and does not bother to explain what she is doing...no careful cautions

It is a good stretching video that it brokwn down into 3 - 20 minute sections which lets you choose the workout that best suits each day.

It’s good for beginners but not for core
Was not challenging, did the first workout and half way through the 2nd and did not break a sweat. If it would’ve said basic or beginner I wouldn’t have gotten it. The classical stretch core workout is much better and 55 minutes

I LOVE MIRANDA and the locations are always magnificent buy I hate the background MUSIC!...
I have several DVDs from Miranda and many times, I choose them because the locations are superb! I LOVE OUTSIDE workouts. The pros of this DVD is that the PACE IS A BIT FASTER, which I really like. On her other DVDs that I have, the pace is slow and I get bored easily so Miranda needs to always have the pace a little faster.The cons: the exercises are great BUt... IT'S ALMOST ALWAYS THE SAME THING AS HER OTHER DVDs so she should maybe come up with some different exercises, it would make things a little bit mot interesting. Also, the classical music gets on my nerves....JUST AN IDEA MIRANDA-FOR YOUR NEXT NEW WORKOUT, MAYBE JUST HAVING NATURE SOUND MUSIC IN THE BACKGROUND, like birds, ocean, WOULD BE SO MUCH BETTER.

Just okay.
Mediocre sound quality on this DVD, and her stretches are just your basic ballet warmup. A little disappointing.

A really deep workout
Wanted a way to exercise with my wife that we could both relate to. This was the answer. Fast paced, but doable and very effective. The posture sequence is amazing. Felt really straight and tall after.
