Moto Guzzi V7III
I attached this to my Moto Guzzi V7 and it works perfectly. My bike has very broad exhaust pipes so I was worried there wouldn't be enough clearance for the board but the arms for the surf rack are adjustable so i was able to put the board in a position not interfering with the exhaust. I've gone about 65mph over a bridge, which usually is the bumpiest / windiest, part of my ride and the rack seems to stay strong and the board doesn't feel like its going to go anywhere. I'm not sure yet if i'd drive 70+ on the highway with my board but for lower speeds and trips to the beach this works perfectly.

It works like a charm and bolted on solid and securely
I just received this scooter surfboard mount and was a bit hesitant as my 2012 Kymco People 150 scooter has a kind of funky tail rack with only a single hole in it (see before and after pics). This Carver rack allows a lot of flexibility in its mounting system. Props to their design. It works like a charm and bolted on solid and securely. If your scooter has a tail rack, you can make this product fit on it. Mounting plates are very heavy duty and well rubberized. I've never bothered with writing a review but stoked on companies that design and bring to market unique and needed products.

Had to abandon my board on the side of the road
This surf rack is not safe over 15mph. My board caught a gust of wind and twisted the rack so that it was jutting out into traffic. I had to pull over and abandon my board because it was a driving hazard. Also, installation is not intuitive (the instructions have no diagrams!). Do not waste $120 on a few pieces of (dangerous) metal.

Works on motorcycle
Mounted this to a Nomadic rear rack on my Suzuki DRZ400SM. Worked perfectly on a 400 mile ride at 70-80 mph. The bungies it comes with are wimpy, esp if you're going to be riding at high speed. Strap some extra on there and it will be rock solid.

Installed on a V-Strom 650
These are killer! I finally get to combine my two favorite adventures: surf trips and moto trips!I admit I was a little apprehensive but pulled the trigger after reading reviews. My wee-strom has a topcase on the back so I had to modify with heavy duty large washers and chuck the metal plate. They're solid though, I can literally go as fast as I care to and don't even feel any kind of turbulence under 80mph (and even then it's super minimal). The nose of my 6'0 board does touch my knee but not obtrusively. I also can't use both panniers when carrying the board but I rarely need that much space with a large top case, left pannier and duffle strapped to back seat.My buddy got one for his 800GS, it's now become his main surf vehicle.

A bit about the carver surf rack
The surf rack for is pretty good, its stable, adjustable, lightweight and does the job. However, its definitely not worth the price if you ship it internationally. The installation instructions are pretty basic and does not fit all scooters. I had to cut the metal bit off my rear rack. It works best if your scooter rack is flat and has grills cause the racking mounts are pretty wide approximately 15cm by 20cm with one straight line through the middle for the bolts to go through. Some installation tips: bolt & washer/large plate goes on top of rack, heavier plate/nut with 4 drilled holes goes below the rack.

Off road motorcycle
Installed on drz 400 Suzuki dual sport with a immix racing rack. Did 60+ on highway. Very solid. Preferred 50-55, hwy being more of a factor than the rack. Surprisingly sturdy. Easy install, but replaced hardware with stainless. Worked well off-road as well, through lots of bumpy trail, board was unscathed, rack maintained its integrity.

Great Rack and Service
The surf rack works perfect, I use it daily for my morning surf. The Rack is made great and all pieces appear to hold up well to normal use. It does come as an all black rack not the gold pictured and does require some customization to fit on some mopeds. You can call Carver and they are great about helping you with any problems. Overall very happy with this rack.
