Best design, high quality, fast shipping, and low cost.
I choose this tensioner for my ender 3 Pro. Am very happy this product. What I like: Shipped fast. Low price Adjustment knob doesn't have screw sticking out through it. The axle screws into the side bracket, no extra nut needed. Larger wheel for the belt. No need for the belt groves here. It's simple enough to install without instructions, but I had to stare at it a bit before attempting. From memory, I suggest, starting with the wheel placed where it belongs on the belt and assemble the axle and wheel holder around it. Then assemble the 3 piece outside bracket, get the 4 screws tight now so it remains square. Loosely screw on the two T-nuts. Slide the outside bracket over the wheel holder with the T-nuts slipping into the track of the extrusion. Loosely thread the knob on. Check that the T-nuts are lined up to clamp properly within the extrusion, mine required some poking at them with a the small allen head wrench. Now, most importantly hold outside bracket firmly against the extrusion while tightening the screws to the T-nuts. Finally, tighten the belt by turning the knob, but not too much. Wish I could definitively tell you how tight. The only problem I had was one screw associated with the T-nut didn't fit the allen wrench well. Ended up using the screw that held the original tensioner. The bad screw was the only problem, happens to the best of us.

Almost gave up.
The media could not be loaded. Was trying to go by the picture. DONT! It’s has the high side at bottom. Yes there’s a low and high on both the brackets. Plus the hole for screw has to be in only one way. It was scraping my belt. Finally realize pic shows bolt head on the right. For mine it has to go on left. Make sure skinny part of brackets are at the bottom. I’ll leave a pic or two. Very nice once you figure it out. Don’t tighten bolts till you’re sure it’s correct. Bout rounded my bolts out taking on and off so much.

Good for ender 3, but not for everything
They work great on my Ender 3 but I bought three more for my ender 5 plus and the bearings don't line up with the stepper gears for X or Y axis. When installed the belts rub the outside edge of the bearings for the Y axis and the tensioner is too short to properly install on the X axis. Lastly the non working side of the bracket should be flat and shorter to allow it to marry up to the aluminum extrusion better

Great buy!
Works great, solid metal build, comes assembled fits the Ender 3v2 perfectly no rubbing no squeezing. Great replacement/upgrade from the plastic one it comes with.

Great tensioner.
It's great to keep x axles tension.

Does not fit Creality Ender 3 Pro.
The long metal side is too long. Returned.

It works
It does work but it's basically 75% completed. The bolt running through the 2 bearings is a size smaller so there's slop there. It came partially assembled and wrongly assembled. The out edges of the bearings will rub the housing unless you use spacers but the gap is tight so its more like you need shims. Luckily I had all those things. I filled the gap between the bolt and bearings with a 1 layer vase mode sleeve. The metal is thick and doesn't show signs or bending from tension.TLDR: It's probably stronger than a 3d printed tensioner, but this is a far cry from a polished product. Sadly it’s 75% of the way there with little details ignored.

You must have a mechanical apptatude
It takes about 10 minutes to install the benefits are you can tension the belt without any tools just turn the knob. It’s a time saver and a great value.
