Great nighttime diaper
We love the Luvs diapers. They work as well or better than more expensive brands. We use them primarily at night due to our bad experiences with night time cloth diapering with previous children. These always last through the night with no leaking. It was very helpful to have this large box on hand. We also cloth diaper during the day, so it is hard for me to confirm it is a month's supply (as noted on the box) for someone using exclusively disposables. For us it was more than two months. I also liked that the box was divided up into smaller packages. That allowed me to get rid of the giant box & store the diapers easier.

Good diapers for the price, wish they had wetness indicator and better dry to skin contact.
Not a bad price for Luvs. We mainly use Pampers but for the cheaper price we tried these Luvs. I like using these during the day but won't wear these on our little one at night. They just don't seem like they soak up enough liquid. After wearing these through the night when we would get the 6 month old up in the morning it looked like he had been sitting in water/pee for hours as everything was "wrinked" like when you have had your hands in water for extended period and a your hands get wrinked. This doesn't seem as bad when using other branded diapers. For daily use and changing your little one after an bowel movement or an hour or so of normal wetness these work great. He hasn't had any disasters using these diapers and they fit nicely around his legs so I would assume they won't leak. Just wish they would offer a little better dry protection and had a different color "wet indicator" as to when they were wet.

Diaper of Choice for this toddler and infant household
Luvs are the best.I have tried a lot of diapers with my boy, and they are some of the best diapers out there. The price is great, especially with the Amazon Family discount. The price, combined with the fact that they hold a lot of pee and poop, is why they get 5 stars. However, for those that want some extra details, they are purple, and they do have monkeys on them (2 different patterns), and they do have a very 'baby powder' smell. They also do not have the wetness indicator, which is not a huge deal when they are older, but when they are tiny babies, it can be very helpful.Lastly, all the sizes have the same pattern on them, and the size is on the front of the diaper. I have two kids now, and sometimes the diapers get mixed together. This means you really have to look at the diaper to get the correct size before putting it on. Or, in the case of my mother in law, not realize the size 2 is on the 3 year old until it is way too late.Still 5 stars for us, though I don't necessarily care about pattern or powder smell or the fact that the sizes all have the same graphic. It may mean a 3 or 4 star rating for others, though.

A friend recommended Luvs as a way to spend less money on ...
I am a first time mom so buying diapers is totally new to me. A friend recommended Luvs as a way to spend less money on a good quality product. Turns out, she is right. I use Luvs on my child daily, and though we do have the occasional blowouts, this diaper has stood up to hours of wear. The fit is great. It does have a perfumed scent. And compared to P*****s Swaddlers, these have a plastic-y feel to them and makes crinkly sounds. No big deal though. Love Luvs for the savings!

UPDATE!
I always loved how these diapers were still pretty good quality for how affordable they were. When I found these huge boxes on Amazon at still a fair price I was so ecstatic I was recommending all my mom friends consider the luvs brand. At size 2 you added a whopping 24 diapers for 10 extra bucks!?! The huggies are 246 count for an extra dollar on Amazon, or you can go to your local walmart and just buy 2 of their largest boxes of luvs (size 2 124 count) more diapers lower price.. Looks like quality just trumped "savings" this round. I hope you realize the mistake you have made Luvs.*UPDATE*Price on the Subscribe and save option has decreased since my last review so we're happily purchasing Luvs brand again. Quality diaper, just would not pay more on Amazon than I would in the store or for a box of Huggies. Happy the price has gone back down.

READ!!! Be Aware
OMG! We heard stories from others about various brands, but if you don't have ears of superman, or simply check diapers very frequently...these aren't for you. Unfortunately My wife and I have been spoiled by Huggies. Because the &^%& literally runs out of these around the legs. And if it stays in...it runs up his back, or in the front...OMG! If you can imagine these scene...then imagine this realization on diaper #4 of 240 TWOOOO HUNDRED THIRTY SIX to go... I must say....it hold Pee very well, but not the diapers we hope that will only occur on our spouses' turn to change. Tons on ruined onesies man o' man. "We'll you are informed...good luck with these".

Luvs vs Munchkin from mother of 5
I started using Munchkin the last two months after using Luvs for literally 11 years almost nonstop for five children. Luvs used to be much better, as they have changed a lot of things the last few years, including hiking the price! I'm finally done with Luvs. Luvs have a strong powdery scent out of the package, The munchkins have none, which also means they have a more noticeable scent when wet, for me this is preferred since I'm sensitive to unnatural scents. The luvs have a brighter more attention grabbing design on the outside of the diaper which screams "look at the little monkey baby!" when baby bends over. Munchkins are much more plain and have soft pastel colors, which are much more pleasant to me. Luvs diapers when wet are more gel-y, whereas the munchkins are more clumpy and firm. Those are the three main differences I've noticed, but I think I will try the Target brand still. I'm always looking for the best deal, but Luvs just aren't worth the cheap price (not as cheap anymore) for me.
