These are very well done however I wish the supplier would package them better. They are not in the clear sleeves and arrive slightly banged up.

It's the first time I read a comic book adaptation of a biblical story, and it was a good experience. This is a faithful adaptation of the story of Jonah, with some historical background added to it, and beautifully illustrated. I really liked the storm scenes at sea, and that one picture where the sun shines above Niniveh, showing God's compassion after the city's people have repented. Young readers will certainly be attracted to biblical stories through these adaptations. In addition, there is some background information about the existence of a historical Jonas, and more surprising, nonfictional accounts that point out the possibility of big fish swallowing people, and being able to survive this incident. In sum, this text is both, inspirational and informative.

My husband and boys love comics, and I wanted some with Bible stories. This is beautifuly done!

You cannot view this full screen. We downloaded this to our Kindle Fire from the Kindle Store and it shows up too small, not full screen. Don't know if it's an error. The comic is good, but with it being so small, it is hard to enjoy.

Very accurate to the scriptures. Really appreciated also the interesting facts at the end. Good read!. . . .
