It took 10 seconds to determine that this doesn't fit.1. The product doesn't look like what's in the photo. Not a big deal since the slope may help. Spoiler... it doesn't.2. The outside diameter of the lip is 53 mm and the inside diameter of the portafilter basket is 54 mm. You'd think it fits but the photos show that it doesn't. I tried several baskets and it doesn't fit any.From one photo, the lip looks too big but that doesn't seem to be the problem. I can only say that the outside diameter needs to be a bit smaller.Also, you CANNOT USE IT WHILE grinding so you have to "eyeball it" by pushing the button some weird way while holding the portafilter UNDER the guides/rails.It's going back for several reasons and just doesn't seem effective or really useful.

54mm doesn’t drop in properly. It’s to big and if you push it in it get stuck in the ports filter then you have to bang it out. Needs to be 1mm smaller.Also once it’s on it doesn’t fit into the beville expresso machines.

As an avid espresso freak, I get coffee grounds all over the place when trying to get the correct amount in the portafilter before smashing it down. This little thing saves about 90% of the mess. Note that you will NOT be able to tamp down your espresso without removing the ring, thus the other 10% of mess. :)

It works perfectly. It sits on top of my 51mm portafilter.

Nothing to complain about. It does the job right and it's good for the price.

I'd say this is a single best ever gadget for my espresso coffee I ever throw my monies at!Fantastic idea [how come I never tough of it before??? :-) ] and very practical shield for funneling your coffee where it should go and not all over the counter.My wife loves this [coz I make less mess!!] :-) and this is probably the only thing ever she didn't question my sanity for buying! LOLHighly recommended!!!

Me permite llenar el portafiltro directamente, y evita que el café molido salpique por todos lados. Una solución económica, elegante, y muy bien fabricada. Hecha de aluminio, muy bien acabado y el diámetro es perfecto.

A funnel is a must for espresso, one should be included with every machineThe only bad thing about this is that I can't tamp with it(Breville duo temp pro)Other than that, 10/10 and good price

Nice simple product, does the job very well. Keeps the counter clean and the doses even. Highly recommend for home baristas

I guess I didn’t do enough research but this will not work with the Breville Barista Express. It may be 5 stars but not for this machine.
