I received this mid July. Very easy to set up. Things are starting to grow. So far, no complaints. We'll see how well things go. Not sure how long it will take for the plants to be big enough to remove the top.UPDATE: It's been 3 months, have a couple of plants growing. One looks like it started but then stopped, it's only about 1/4" tall and has been for the past couple of months. Not sure if anything else will grow. Dropped to two stars as I am a bit disappointed, I thought I would see a few more plants. Not very happy with the out come of this product.

I got this May 1st. I have 8 tiny plants growing wonderfully. Today is May 13th. My trick is placing the container on a heater vent. When the sun is bright, it goes in the window. I tried this with my little aloe plants too. These plants are from the desert and they like the heat. I love watching these little guys grow!

We were very careful and followed instructions to a T. Two months later and no succulents have sprouted, 2 cacti have come up but they look like blades of grass. My 8yr old is very disappointed and I’ll just be tossing this out unfortunately.

Never grew. We tried 2 different lighting areas with no luck. Willing to try again but not willing to pay the money for a second disappointment.
