Works perfect! Save money!
Great price for perfect fit oem replacement to thermostat. This went into 03 GMC Acaida. Not a terrible job to replace. Un-clamp hoses, unscrew coolant lines/ thermostat housing and replace. No more overheating! Don't hesitate to save money and get the right part!

Does NOT come with thermostat gasket!
The thermostat does come with the housing gasket. Which is the paper type gasket for outer housing, similar to the fel-pro. That's great, but the thermostat is useless without the actual gasket. So if you purchase this one be sure to hunt down the gasket to. I went to 3 parts stores after I found out it didn't have it. None of them carry it. Nor does their thermostat come with it.

Fits perfectly in 2004 Cadillac SRX 3.6L LY7 thermostat housing. Why buy a new housing when you can just replace the thermostat?!
