This pillow is great for putting behind your back or neck. The sharp points help relieve pain. It can be painful though so if you aren't used to it, it may be best to have a cloth to pad. There is a tag that says that this product has a life of 2 years, probably due to the buckwheat husks inside the pillow eventually decaying.
