Deceptively small directions not easy to follow

We never received. And still haven’t been reimbursed. Delivery was supposed to be in January. As of last week and the week prior and and the week prior to that, we were promised to be reimbursed. Still nothing. We don’t usually experience this via Amazon Prime & I have a very disappointed young boy ... this was his main birthday guest over a month ago.

I never received my TV stand!! They took my money for over a MONTH then, sent me an email saying they'd send me another one after losing my TV stand, then wrote BACK AGAIN, saying they were out of the product, and there was nothing they could do.Terrible company.NOT recommend.
