I bought this goop to clean my glass-top stove. I let it soak into the surface for 1-2 minutes before scrubbing with a sponge. I use rubber gloves because from the smell of it, I'm pretty sure this is toxic stuff. It removes only a little of the burnt-in stains on my stove. I also use it on my stainless steel pans and it also only slightly improves the stains. Once I'm finished with this product, I'm going to search for a better one.
