I have been looking for Austrian shade curtains for so long and I was delighted when I found these. They are beautiful and add so much to my window. A nice touch are the little "tulips" which hang from the curtains. They are easy to care for, well made and I plan to order more.

This curtain panel offers an old world touch of class. It's beautiful and sheer without compromising on privacy.

The dark winter sky, it has returned. I wanted to brighten up the room as much as possible. The darkest picture I shared is the room without lights on at noon time. I have zebra blinds behind and took onem picture with them seen behind the curtain. The other pictures show the curtain with the blind rolled all the way up. I also included a picture looking in. You can't see anything except the ceiling light when even close up. I gathered the curtain in the area that one would be standing up and looking in from eye level down. I did that on purpose. I didn't have any trouble hanging them and did so right out of the bag. I started with the bottom after hanging them to determine how long I wanted them. Then I moved the curtain up the string in the area I wanted most private so it would gather and provide more coverage. I really like them but I'm trying to get used to the new look. It's a lot different than the curtains I had. It does help brighten up the room and in the summer I might like it even more. We live close to the street so privacy is important and I think this can provide that as well as natural light. I will order another for the front door. I was able to set all the long cords under the curtain on the deep sill. Not sure how to solve that issue with the door but will figure something out. The strings hanging down, I don't think there is a better idea yet for how to get these results any other way.

These are beautiful curtins. They have lovely detail at the top. Very sheer, but the strings that pull up the shears are not at all practical. They break off and get in the way. My suggestion would be to rework this design and then you’ll have a perfect product.

The 78x78 and 78x90 have the already attached tea stained Crocheted Valance that can be removed if you know how to a little. The first one was (white) that I had to send back. The second one was cream I received (my order was again White) ! I kept the darn thing, I was not going the ride the merry go round...

I’m not sure what to make of these. These are definitely not white.The crocheted trim at the top is much darker than the fabric.The pictures in the ad are a bit deceiving because the reality is, they are completely and totally see-through.To get the cords lined up perfectly even is time consuming.I’m sure these are perfect for someone, and someone’s particular taste, but they aren’t anything like what I was expecting.
