Will they sticky enough to stick on a standard painted or smooth wall?

Are these individually wrapped?

No, they are not individually wrapped. The long box is wrapped on the outside, but once the cellophane is removed, all the smaller packets are exposed.

Where are these made?

I don't know where they are made, but they were shipped within the United States. I've bought them several times with no issues.
