LuminoxMen's 0201.SL Sentry 0200 Black Case With Luminescent Accents, Black Rubber Band Watch

I am absolutely in love with this timepiece. I work in the transportation industry (trains) and most the time I work nights. This means that I am usually in environments where lighting is not very good and looking for a flashlight to shine on my watch is not always easy to do depending on my tasks. I've been trying many other watches that have had those really pretty glow in the dark hands. I quickly realized that usually those are just decoration and not truly functional. The number one flaw with most of those watches is the lume does not last a very long time even when it's good bright lume. Enter the Luminox! This watch is fantastic because it relies on a totally different concept: tritium. It's always visible, very visible, and consequently makes it very easy to read the time no matter the lighting conditions. It looks fantastic especially when I'm wearing my uniform and I'm seriously considering buying a second one. It is unbelievably light and comfortable to wear. without a doubt it is rugged which probably means it's going to be hard to destroy. My only complaint is that it's a little bit thicker than I would like and it could very easily have been made thinner given that it's just a quartz watch. But even with that this is an amazing watch and for the money it is hard to beat. Some watches take a licking but this one can take a hell of a lot more than that.

The watch is very easy to read. The marked hours and hands are very bright, I have no issues seeing the time in total darkness.

Excellent watch

I’m a Luminox watch fan have several, older eyes, love the large easy to read numbers. Purchased for camping and hunting, the luminous numbers and markings make this great for night time usage

While I like the watch, I’ve had trouble with the calendar since I owned the watch. In the beginning I had a hard time getting the watch set to work on AM so or PM. Now the date will occasionally jump ahead a few days. The bezel seems to turn too easy when it shouldn’t. I own and owned quite a few Lum Nox watches and never had that trouble. But this is a cheap version, but still it’s not a cheaap watch. I bought it mostly for wearing around the yard working.

I purchased this watch for my recent trip to Greece, and needed an inexpensive time piece for my water activities.Watch held up very well for snorkeling and overall water exposure.Comfortable, bright, light, and easy to wear.Received 4 stars as at one point the mineral glass began to fog a bit after swimming with it, after going in the cold sea water and then wearing it in the hot Greek Sun, fogging was present.The fogging did go away and keeps time accurately and well.This is a good watch at a good price and love wearing it.This is my first Luminox watch and like this brand!

Great looking watch

Ho acquistato l'orologio spinto dall'ottima pubblicità circa il suo movimento che a quanto pare, adesso che l'ho al polso, sembra essere l'unica cosa veramente di valore. Immagino che la qualità dei modelli più costosi sia diversa anche se così non dovrebbe essere. La luminosità notturna è eccellente e sicuramente il motivo di vanto più significativo. Per il resto l'orologio mi sembra un po' troppo "giocattolo" ma è ovviamente una mia sensazione che sono abituato a modelli in acciaio più imponenti. Consiglio senz'altro l'acquisto a chi cerchi un modello superleggero soprattutto per l'attività sportiva o per l'estate, anche se le sue capacità di resistenza ad un eventuale semplice vacanza marina mi sembrano dubbie. Noto purtroppo che i tempi di consegna, sebbene rispettati, si sono allungati parecchio rispetto alla vecchia consegna in un giorno e sarei curioso di sapere il perché. Credo che questo fattore stia penalizzando la competitività di Amazon. Comunque il servizio è stato rispettato e tanto basta. Quattro stelle meritate per un bell'orologio dal costo forse un pochino alto rispetto a ciò che offre. Comunque soddisfatto, è quello che mi serviva.

Justo lo que deseaba. Solo que el bisel tiene mucho feedback. No sé si solo el mío o todos los de ese modelo. El bisel es relativamente fácil de perder su posición. No hay otra queja.

Pretty much as I expected. Can't fault this watch. Easy to read in all light conditions especially in total darkness.

Schöne leichte Uhr ideal für die Nachtschicht und zum arbeiten. Meine Kollegen waren nachts sehr beeindruckt der Leuchtkraft. Durch die grossen zahlen wirken die im Verhältnis kleinen Zeiger etwas verloren aber nachts spielt das keine rolle. Die uhr ist etwas klopig und hoch (kommt auf den photos gar nicht so rüber Passt aber zu mir weil über 100 kg)und man muss zum ablesen der Uhrzeit sein Handgelenk leicht drehen was bei meiner letzten Uhr nicht der fall war. Aber daran werd ich mich sicher schnell gewöhnen, einen Schuh muss man ja einlaufen.auch einlaufen.
