Just ran a 400 foot line through heavy timber using this handle and a 1100 foot spool of TW Evans cordage. No tangles or hang ups. The 1100 foot spool is longer than the provided 135 ft spool but the end pulls off and reinstalls to to accommodate the larger spool.

High quality for running string lines building a fence

Worked for me as abused 2 of these on a fence project for 200 lineal feet in a near square lot. They could have put a little more string on the line! But they worked and I managed to roll them up and they'll work for another project. Step up a little if your a string cutter because these won't last for you.

I like the bright color and the thickness is just right. This can be used for projects over and over again without having knots and kinks with the swivel action. Well worth the money and time to invest in a line for leveling work like a fence or grading the ground properly.

I like it. I work in construction, checking out the grade for the bridge and this string line makes it a whole lot easier. Awesome product

Easy to unreel and easy to recapture the string. Even had a notch where you could place the rewound string end.

Great line as advertised. I used it to get a straight line for my fence installation. Worked great. Easy to see and easy to stretch with that handle + small locking mechanism on top.
