Great drawing tablet for the price, well built and customisable!
This is an amazing tablet for someone on a budget. I've tried others in this price range and can say that this one is much better in build, aesthetics, and functionality. I've used it on Krita with great results. Really pleased with it!PROS:- There are many buttons for shortcuts, and these are easy to set up with the app. It might be hard to remember which is which, actually, but I really appreciate the potential for customisation. The buttons click quite discreetly also, compared to other tablets. You can also customise the function of two buttons on the stylus pen. These are not pre-selected functions that you can distribute over buttons, you can actually type in whatever shortcut or letter you want.- The tablet is sleek, elegant, quite robust, though light. The stylus pen looks professional and the buttons are not loose or clickety. The pen comes with a rubber texture that helps with grip, it really does feel good in hand. I liked that a lot. Overall it doesn't look cheap, and looks instead like something twice the price.- The drawing area is massive! It's quite comfortable to draw on as well. So far, no scratch (you can set up the pressure detection curve however you like, and increase longevity that way, it's easy to do as well.) And there are 8 replacement nibs hidden in the stylus pen's holder.- There are very discreet lights indicating when the stylus pen approaches the tablet. I like that a lot more than some obnoxious lights that only end up distracting you when you attempt to draw on some other models.- The cable isn't sticking "straight out" of the tablet. It helps with cable management greatly.- The precision and depth of detection are great. Nothing to complain about here.- It comes packaged neatly in a beautiful box.CONS:- A bit sparse on instructions for set-up. That is, up until you've found the link for the pdf manual online.- If you're looking for a travel size tablet, this might not be it. It's about the size of a laptop and doesn't have its own screen. Nor does it come with a travel case for its protection.- It doesn't come with gloves or cleaning utensils, that some models include. I've never used gloves on this tablet however and never had a glitchy experience with it.OVERALL this is a great tablet that I can only recommend for beginners and advanced artists alike, anyone wanting a go at digital art really. I can't wait to use it again and again!

Not a Wacom but still has good build quality.
I've gone from four programmable buttons on an entry level Wacom tablet, the micro usb connection failed. This Huion has the input/output cable in a much better position for ongoing wear and tear. I've taped it in place to stop any future mishaps. Anyway, all these extra buttons are soon filled with all your favourite keystrokes/shortcuts. Affinity Photo doesn't get a mention in the applications list but it works fine. There are so many buttons I've labelled them. It's very responsive and the pressure settings work just fine out of the box. The pen has good ergonomics and is pleasant to hold. The spare tips are stored in the base. The base is a bit lightweight and easily knocked over when the pen is in place. The tablet is the perfect fit with a laptop and is just perfect for hobbyist/amateur and even some professional users. It doesn't have features like a built in trackpad, sensitive to finger touch but it does everything you would expect to assist in normal graphics use. There is no wheel either which is a pity, if you press down on a button and keep it pressed the action continues, for example brush would keep increasing if you had it set to "[". Alternatively you can single click till you get what you want. Programming in the buttons is pretty intuitive as well as install, it was pretty much plug and play with Windows 10. Latest driver is available on website. I expect this one to last a long time, there is no bluetooth, so it's always cable connected. Simple and straightforward. It just does what it says on the tin.Back in the edit with some months under the bridge. Tablet is still going strong. Didn't find the top row of buttons much use, now have only one lablelled and active. Use it for delete shortcuts in a RAW viewer. Now using it at a proper desk and it fits well into a limited space. The size is just right. Has been working smoothly with both Fast Raw Viewer and Affinity Photo on Windows 10. Correct driver is essential, other than that it's plain sailing.
