Translation was bad, or English is not first language of writer. It's very basic, but for under 10 bucks, I didn't have my hopes too high.

Badly made! Pages falling out if an almost none existent spine!
Not well made and text was huge to fill the space in the book to justify the pages!

Poor quality
Not impressed with quality of book, pages don’t look proper or even out on some. Poor quality Did attempt to return , was told to keep book and they would refund money , at first looked like they had returned money but each time I’ve ordered it’s never been deducted and now I can’t find it!!

The idea of helping people to detox is a good idea. Unfortunately the mistakes and poor wording put me off of reading past chapter 4. I'm not quite sure Dr. Sebi would approve this as his teaching.
