Devil May Cry 4

Devil May Cry 4 is a nice installment in the series, and it has everything one would expect from the DMC franchise. Flashy, anime-style combat, guns AND swords (like peanut butter and jelly, they just work well together), tons of monstrous demons and last but not least, the classic Dante, with all of his corny jokes, innuendo and lighthearted devil-hunting style. This game excels in making the enemies huge and detailed, the battles intense and satisfying, and the scenery lush and vibrant, whether in a frozen gothic castle or a demon-infested jungle. They really pulled off the difficult task of creating a sequel with enough new things to make it interesting and unique, while at the same time holding true to the roots of the series. Dante is present in this game, but for all intents and purposes this game revolves around Nero, a newcomer to the series. Although his revolver and sword don't have the same variety and flexibility as Dante's, he is still a solid character and I would love to see him in more games in the future. This game has a few bad points, but they are so small it doesn't even make an impact on my rating. I found the game to be a little too short, and I wish there were more missions. Also about halfway through the game, you end up retracing your steps and visiting the same locations over again. Final verdict: Awesome, great story with hidden and surprising elements, classy combat, near-perfect graphics. Buy this one, it is worth it!

Now, to start off I didn't buy this game to play it. I personally don't own a PS3 but I do collect sets of things. I already have the first Devil May Cry games and I wanted the new one that came out for the PS3. Since I was buying this game to go with a collection I needed a new game that hadn't been opened or damaged and the one I received from Amazon was that and so much more. It came to my place uber fast and it was even in the protective plastic wrap that new games/things usually come in. I am very happy with my purchase! In relation to the game I have a friend who plays it and from what I've seen the game itself is so freaking cool!! I love the Devil May Cry series and this last game was better then ever!! The storyline, characters, and weapons were creative and perfect! If your a Devil May Cry fan I recommend buying this/adding it to your collection.

While I would have loved to get the SE version, the moment I got DMC4 when it came out, it had always been my favorite. The first was pretty decent, though Trish creeped me out, 2 was a bit depressing, and 3 was too frustratingly hard despite having the best story behind it. (And I'm just partial to Vergil.) Despite Capcom and the creators hardly giving us any straightforward answers to big questions in this fandom, (I personally don't think Nero is Vergil's child, but that's just me) the game play (with Nero at least) is really interesting and fun to play and different from the other games. Dante is a bit more limited and feels like you're playing as a slab of rock which was kind of sad. With beautiful artwork, incredible characters, and despite a questionable plot, DMC4 personally ranks highest amongst the others. (Not counting that tragedy that was the reboot....)

A great purchase. Completely worth the money. The story is fun and entertaining, and has enough action to satisfy a fan of the series, and those new to the series. This game is more reasonably difficult as opposed to some of the other games, so it is a good game to start with if your new to the series. I loved it so much I went out and bought the other games in the series even though they are games of an older generation system (PS2). It has a lot of variety when it comes to fighting styles and weapons, which is one of the greatest features of the game, including more than one playable character. Dante and Nero make an odd pair but it is entertaining to watch.

For those who have played other Devil May Cry games, I'd say this is second in my book only to Devil May Cry 3 SE. The game still has the stylish feel along with the sense of immersion and control of DMC3SE. The length feels about the same as the prior game in the series. The action is still fast and entertaining. The cut-scenes voice-acting is a bit less cheesy than in prior games (though the cut-scenes and story in this series is always overshadowed by the fun of the in-game play). The only negative aspect for me is that the PS3 version seems to lack the Turbo option from DMC3SE and, as a result, DMC3SE's difficulty will always feel a little higher than DMC4's to me. Overall: Great game in the series. Recommended for any PS3 owner who likes this genre.

Nicht nur, das die Bestellung früher an kam als es sollte, war der Zustand des Spiels "Bestens" das Handbuch hatte keine Gebrauchsspuren und die Hülle fühlte sich neu an. Die CD ohne Kratzer und als ich ausprobiert habe lief es Perfekt. Der Text und Untertitel alles in Deutsch.

Ótimo jogo e entrega incrível! Chegou rapidinho por um preço e frete muito bacanas. Recomendo demais!
