Wow, this knife is absolutely superb, I can see why it’s sold with a sheaf as it’s extremely sharp. I accidentally touched my finger when cutting a very soft tomato which sliced with ease, oh boy it’s sharp. I would absolutely recommend that you carefully wash it after use and replace sheaf and put away immediately after use to avoid injury. I can honestly say it’s the sharpest knife I’ve ever used, very comfortable to use with the finger rest on the handle. Despite nicking myself I love this knife. It’s given me a healthy respect to be honest!Highly recommended, this has a 5 year warranty and 2 year guarantee which makes this very good value.

I had a chicken to cook and carve, so I bought this to look professional and to not burn my fingers when I carved the chicken. It's very well designed and sturdy (the fork, not the chicken) and held the chicken beautifully as launched into a frenzied knife attack on our dinner. The fork is a thing of elegance and beauty. The same could not be said of the chicken, which looked like somebody had set a hand-grenade off inside it.

The knife arrived, within 24 hours and was well packaged. It looks nice and slightly unusual, but this is a good thing. Has a serrated edge, which gives a nice look when spreading. The blade is quite wide, but again this is good. The handle has a good feel. Easy to keep clean. Recommended.

This is a fantastic little knife in all ways but one. It is described as being dishwasher safe. I bought two so that I'd have one to use whilst the other was in the dishwasher. I was pleased to hear this as they are so sharp I thought that there would be less chance of me cutting myself. After a few weeks of use, spotting has appeared on the stainless steel of both knives. In all other ways,They are great, but I thought I'd point this out to others. I still love them and will hand-wash them in future, although hubby forgets and loads them in.

Didn't know I needed this until it was recommended to me. I love it. No more struggling to make sandwiches etc. Very well made
