RubiesRubie's Costume Co Winchester Moustache Dark Grey Costume

Ordered 4 of these for my son and his three friends for their Halloween costumes. None of them found them comfortable, and they all had them off in less than an hour. I didn't know that they were not sticky, so I used eye lash extension glue. It worked, but it was hard for the boys to move their mouths once glued since it goes down around the upper lip almost to the bottom lip. It looked nice, but I would never have paid that much for it had I known they would all take them off since they didnt like the feel.Moms, if you're buying one for a costume, get as small a mustache as you can that is already sticky. This one went down too far on their lip for the boys' comfort.

Other reviews are spot on. The mustache is completely flat. So if you're looking for something life-like, this isn't for you. It worked perfectly for our son's speech about Teddy Roosevelt. We stuck some double sided tape on it and it worked great for the 1 hour he had to have it on. But that won't work if you're really talking a lot or have to have it on for more than an hour.

It says real hair... LOL Coming from Bangladesh I have no idea if that means human hair or dead human hair or hair off a yak's butt.. I have no clue. The mustache function fine though. I have no complaints.. Though in HIGH HUMID HOUSTON where I live spirit gum does not last the night.

There is a rumor that Johnny Depp has his own mustaches, he brings them on set. I don't know if he has a mustache guy/girl or just likes to use his own hair v.s. a strangers; nonetheless, if you need a mustache in a hurry and you aren't good at making one on your own--this is a pretty sweet well trimmed stache.Enjoy --works great on camera and for theater.

Very uncomfortable. Not sure if that's unavoidable with fake mustaches, but it was itchy & constantly stabbing my nose. Still pleased with the look and okay with aesthetics over comfort for short periods of time.

Perfect Mario stache. Actually realistic if trimmed right. It needed some adhesive so we had to stop on the way to our Halloween party. There was a mesh backing that made it incredibly easy to put on.

Wish it had a bit more texture as the hair is very flat and pressed/shiny. Easy to apply with the costume gum and easy to trim. Size was perfect for me, I am Hispanic and have a little wider of a mouth than some. Very cool!

The moustache didn't stick. All of the tacky material used didn't stay attached to the moustache, but rather to the product card. Could not be used.
