Wild Dagga, or Lion's Tail (Leonotis leonurus) is perennial shrub native to the Southern parts of Africa and has found a home in a number of gardens with moderate winters. Plants produce showy, bright orange flowers attractive to hummingbirds and a host of other beneficial insects. Wild Dagga's low fertility and water requirements – consider it drought tolerant after its first year of establishment – make it an ideal plant for xeriscaping setups. Mature plants in flower can reach well over five feet tall.

Not Lion's Tail
Many seeds sprouted. The plants are thriving. Unfortunately none of the plants are Lion's Tail (Leonitis Leonurus) which I thought I was purchasing. The plants coming up are Jimson weed (Datura). Very disappointing. I now have to pull a bunch of Jimson weed out as it is toxic to pets. It's way past a return date. How would I return planted seeds anyway? Very disappointing.

Seeds are coming up already!
The seeds got to me quickly. I planted some about 3 weeks later. It's mid-February and some of them are coming up already. Happy about that!

No Joy
Seeds seemed old and completely dehydrated. After several month None sprouted. May try again next year. The reviews seem to be on each end of the spectrum. I wish my experience was on the opposite end of the spectrum I found myself.

Thank you! Plants look Great!
Good Lion's tail. Seed sprouted. Looking good. Excited about watching them grow. First ones didn't germinate, but I put them in some different soul and almost all sprouted, if not all. I would buy again. Trusted seller!
