Huge, Look at the photos!
Huge! What the heck is going on? The description says that these are a little oversized, but that’s not the case, these are extremely oversized. I was very disappointed seeing as my other MPOWs fit great. See images. Oh wait there is no option to upload an image to this review, this functionally has been removed & per Amazon (when I contacted customer support) "There are cases that we cannot upload a photo for it and its a rare case only" & "[They] will send a report from our Community and Review Dept to take a look [at this issues']". Hopefully, I can upload an image soon so you all can see the huge difference.

Do NOT use with PC!!!
This product is quite good for its price range for use with a phone (or maybe tablet, IDK).If you attempt to use this headset with a Windows PC, you may very well cause all sorts of issues. The first thing you will notice is that you will have two devices show up as installed- headphones and headset. When you use just the sound output, it will be crystal clear in headphones mode. If for any reason your PC starts trying to use the microphone- even programs that don't necessarily need it or aren't using it at the moment- it will switch to headset mode, i.e. output + input. At that point, you will notice the sound quality become absolute garbage. I don't know if this happens to every PC user, but it happens to many. Also, you may have to manually change your inputs and outputs when the device switch modes, which may require restarting the program as well.It gets worse. Suffice it to say, switching back and forth between the two operating modes and monitoring to know if it needs to switch can cause all kinds of crazy problems with audio devices. I cannot tell you how much time and aggravation I wasted because of this over the last year. There IS a potential fix, if you are computer savvy. Disabling "handsfree telephony" in both devices (devices and printers/properties/services), deleting the devices, then restarting and letting it reconnect hopefully as headPHONES ONLY, may essentially turn them into just wireless headphones for your PC. In which case, they now work quite nicely and the other issues seem to be gone. But don't chance it. This product should say NOT FOR PC USE in giant red letters. It is effectively PC malware if you don't know the workaround.

Mpow H12 Noise-Canceling Headphones
Update: May 2020The company saw my review and offered to send me a new pair. After a rather circuitous delivery process, they finally arrived. It's been about 2 weeks and so far, these are fine. The noise-canceling feature works pretty well, though some noise gets through. Obviously I haven't been able to use them on a plane yet to try them out there, but for working at home and walking my dogs, they've worked well.I'm not going to speak to the sound of them. I listen to mainly podcasts and audiobooks, and I don't know enough about the ins and outs of sound quality. There is occasionally some crackling, though, and I don't know where it comes from or why it happens. It seems to be random. However, these aren't great for phone calls. Every person I've spoken to while using these headphones has complained about an echo on the line. As soon as I turn these off and switch to either my AirPods or just the phone speaker, it sounds fine to them. So that isn't great, since phone calls are one of the biggest reasons I needed new headphones. So my search for good phone-call headphones continues, but these work well for day-to-day non-phone use.Original Review - I got these as Christmas presents, so less than 3 months ago. They've been fine, though a little annoying at times, trying to connect to a different device when I'm listening to something on my phone. As of yesterday however, they've started shutting themselves off after about 5 minutes of use. Turn them on, start to listen, 5 minutes later - "Power Off" and they're off. I turned them back on, and after about 5 minutes, the same thing happened. I charged them yesterday, and during one of the 5-minute blocks when they were turned on, I checked my phone for their battery level, and they're fully charged. I checked them with both noise-canceling feature turned on and turned off and had the same result. I don't know what's wrong with them, but they're pretty much unusable.

Static sound
I dont know if I got a faulty pair of headphones or what. They do a good job with noise cancellation, but as far as actually playing sounds its horrible. Can barely hear anything even with volume all the way up and what you can hear, sounds so static like, that I can't even keep listening. For the cost of these headphones, I am thoroughly disappointed.

Wayyy too big!!
These are obviously made with a male-only audience in mind. If you're a woman with average head, forget about it. I had the H5 which were perfect and was looking forward to these (my work bought them for me, but I chose them). They may be great headphones but if it's not possible to wear them... :(
