Nice
For the price, you get a storybook, a small map, and 10 figures, which is simply fantastic. My son uses them all the time.

A favorite toy
This is our second set of this toy. Both sets were the same, except the first set was purchased at a "discount" retailer for $3 less and had a slight defect in the painting. I came to Amazon to see if they sold the same toy, and here they are! Might have to purchase a third, as the figurines are pretty small and several of them didn't survive a bout of "hide and seek" in our jungle-like backyard over the summer. Our daughter isn't too interested in the book, the box, or the map/scene. It's all about the figurines. I love that she can take them in the water as there are no joints nor holes in these figurines. Therefore, they are always in the bathtub or shower with her, or the water play table, or helping her eat her food, PlayDoh or slime...and they are super cute. We have some of the larger jointed figurines, sold separately with their big vehicles, but our 4-year old seems to prefer these small ones. She even puts them in a soft box with a baby blanket and sleeps with them. We received Rocky, Rubble, Zuma, Skye, Marshall, Chase, Rubble's digger, Skye's helicopter, Chases' police cruiser, and Marshall's fire truck.

My Busy Book Kids Kids Busy for Hours!
My 2.5 year old boy LOVES this Paw Patrol "My Busy Book". I bought it assuming it would hold his interest for a few hours while I moved furniture around the house... but he has played with it ALL day. He plays with the figures on the play mat, and we even read the story before his nap. He loves everything about it, and I know he will wake up tomorrow asking were his "puffs" are.Yes, ok, Skye's helicopter is not included... BUT, the vehicles are too small for the pups to ride in anyway, so they aren't the main attraction. I've read a lot of sour reviews due to the lacking helicopter... but unless your kid is an avid Skye fan and MUST have the helicopter to be contented, this is still a very worthy purchase to keep the kids occupied for at least a few hours. These My Busy Books encourage reading, but offer 12 figurines to keep the kids engaged for hours upon hours. The play mats are surprisingly tough - it would take a very intentional effort to rip/tear it. These books would be great for "bribe/incentive" gifts or road trips.

Figures fit nicely into toddlers' hands
My two year old already had the Thomas "My Busy Book" and so we knew this Paw Patrol Busy Book would be a hit. The book and maps are sturdy, there are a good number of figures included and they are the perfect size for kids' hands without being choking hazards. Some people have said that Skye's helicopter wasn't included in their set but ours (purchased 4/2019) had it included. It's nice that the figures store away in the back of the book - makes it convenient to take places. I wish the book clasped together somehow so that the figures don't come tumbling out.The books are made of thick paperboard and are colorful. My 2 year old enjoys listening to the story and looking at the pictures. The hit of the show though is the figures. These sets are good for hours and hours of playtime. My son asks for the dogs and vehicles from the moment he wakes up in the morning. We usually take a few figures with us when we leave for daycare, and put them in the cup holder so they're right there at pickup. It's a lifesaver on days when kiddo has a meltdown because he was having fun at daycare and doesn't want to leave. As soon as he sees the figures in the car he stops whining. (Much better distraction from the moaning than "What's that over there?")The other Busy Book set I have is several years old and the map is finally starting to get a few tears on the folding creases (it's made of plastic-backed paper), but all things considered it has held up incredibly well. The scene on the playmat doesn't interest this kid too much but it's probably a combination of his personality and age.The biggest concern I have about this Paw Patrol set is that there are 6 characters and their 6 corresponding vehicles, but the dogs don't fit on top of the vehicles. As in, not even the front paws fit onto a vehicle. They won't even rest on top without immediately falling off. My son has been in tears over this, but he quickly learned that he has to hold them together in his hands and pretend that they fit together. It would be nice if the manufacturer would make at least part of the dogs' bodies lock into place on the vehicles. Also, the Rubble dog is top heavy and tips forward very easily and that has brought on tears too.

Good Value!
Good value for the price. The mini figures and play mat that come with this book keep the 2 year old entertained for hours. It comes with Rocky, Zuma, Skye, Marshall, Rubble, and Chase figures and vehicles. The pups are a little larger than their vehicles, so they do not fit in or balance well on top, but she doesn't seem to care about that. The pieces are about the size of her micro lites. The play mat has the lookout on it. The book part is a board book and the pieces are stored in a tray in the back of the board book. The figures would also make good cake decorations. This is well worth the $10 that we spent on it.

My almost 3 year old loves this busy book!
This book is very cute and very well made. I read reviews before buying so I new that the toys that came with the book for figurines so I knew that the wheels wouldn't turn and that the pups don't fit in the pup mobiles very well. My 3 and 5 year old don't seem to mind at all and they have had a lot of fun playing with these. The fold out play mat is cute but it's hard to fold it out flat because of the creases in the paper. It is made of post paper. My kids really like this busy book and I would definitely buy it again. I think it's a good deal and a cute toy.
