If you wear it up to 8 hours it will work it worked for me. This and a diet works hand in hand

It will trim your waist and give you an hourglass shape.
I was expecting a flexible belt but, it’s not. I would rate it satisfactory... it’s not a slimming belt or anything like it, I would say it’s more like a corset. It will shape your waist and live you with a nice figure, more like an hourglass. Finally I would recommend anyone that wants to buy this item to make sure you get the right size, otherwise you will get disappointed.

Good thick quality, fits well I'm a size 12-14 and approx 5'4 so I got a large and it fits well. Can give a little bulge under the armpit but if you position it well you can hide itYou can't tighten it so that's a bonus. Easy to clean and store. I wear mine at work helps with posture whilst sitting at my desk. No one knows I have it on as you can't really see it under clothes unless you have something tight onWould deffo recommened

Impressive!
Okay... got this yesterday and tried it on today for 3 hours and 2 hours later, I can still see/feel the difference. I'm staying positive that this will work, cos a different brand I tired hurt so much. Only downside to this is I wish I bought a medium as it feels a tad bit too small. Hopefully not for long ! ;)

This product fits well! I ordered the wrong size, but was returned and refunded no issues with the correct size in its way! :)Being a tall woman however, it would be nicer if they came in a longer version, but I can manage. :) xox

Good quality and size. Not good for skinny people. Too tick to make tight.
Good quality and it arrived quickly. You have three parts to attach. The best way it to attach the big part to your body (it will be quite loose still) and then make it tight with the other two parts in th outside. It is not good for people that are too skinny.
