I have had this item a short time so I can't vouch for whether fat freezing works. I'm willing to give it a shot. I have found that using the cold belt is a bit uncomfortable at first but not painful. I got used to wearing it quickly. This kit is well made and has everything you need to do the technique.

Received my item a couple of days ago. Trying it out tonight before bed time. I only gave 4 stars because I haven’t used it yet but I am excited so here we go.....

The ice pack melted in less than 20 mins. The belt is very will made.
