No aroma & full of insects in the rice
This is not at all gobindobhog rice. And it is overprice too . The rice has no aroma & full of small black insects.

The packet i got wasnt very aromatic. While cooking, there was practically no aroma. I normally use maxhealth, which is the best in my experience upto now. In this , i got a light aroma from the rice grains, but but only before cooking.Probably Pasupati brand is not consistent. Many people have said its aromatic. But my experience was no aroma once cooking starts. So i guess they sent a fresh lot of rice, not aged enough. Gobindobhog develops the aroma only if its aged around 1 to 2 years. So am not sure if i will buy again.Coming to other aspects, the rice is pretty clean, no unwanted particles. Packing is also very good.So yes, its gobindobog, good quality, but not sure about the aroma.
