Installed this mirror cam Monday night and I have tweaked it to perfection. It came with a hard wire kit and that was an unexpected surprise. Very easy to set up with 2 fuses and a simple ground. Ran the wires easily to hide from view and spliced into the reverse light to trigger the back up cam. So far everything works great. The developer has been quick to answer questions. Great product for a great price.

Ordered back in May 2020 and the product arrived on time with prime shipping. We took a chance as you always do when ordering online. We went by the positive feedback this company/product had received. We had a company install the product. It worked great up until about 2 months ago. No physical damage(it’s attached to the rear view mirror so obviously you’d have to take it down and throw it around to damage it). The camera won’t take photos anymore and the video function does not work anymore. We’ve formatted the SD card and still nothing. So needless to say it’s not built to be left on the mirror even though that’s what it’s designed for. Is it worth the money for the small amount of time that it worked? I guess, not really? Anything you pay for that breaks down after a few short months isn’t really worth it when it comes down to your security. I did pay very little considering what it is so yes that’s my fault for buying cheap products. I don’t recommend this. Other ppl haven’t had any issues al maybe it’s just one every now and again that messes up. Idk. Technology isn’t always 100% full proof. It’s really going to be up to you to make that call. Hopefully it will work just fine for you. Good luck.

First off, the item works fine. No problems. The bad part? Everything else. If you have no knowledge at all about connecting to fuse boxes, wiring or cables, you WILL have a hard time with this. There are YouTube tutorials, but good luck finding any that explain well enough how to install, much less specifically for your car. If you insist on buying this, I suggest finding someone local like a stereo store that can install it for you to save the trouble/headache, tho they'll charge you for installation. You're better off buying one where it just plugs into the car lighter. Also, the camera adds weight to the mirror so if your original mirror is on a ballpoint joint, you'll find your mirror constantly going down due to the weight.

Box looked new from the outside, but the way it was packed inside the box led me to believe this was a used or returned product. then i found out why, as i had trouble with the harness, its "plug and play" with the built in fuses but it won't power on the unit unless you wire it directly to the car battery, lost me there as it won't turn off automaticaly with the car. The unit was really hot after about 5 mins of being on that's not good. The front camera isn't adjustable up or down so once you set your rear mirror to your view all it records is the skyline and not in font of you rendering the "Dash Cam" useless. 2 stars for the rear camera that had no problems but i still can't use lmao waste of money

This was a gift to my bff. Giving all 5 out of 5 because its great quality and use product) We already bought a sd card for it and displayed successfully in the car. We didn't use the back camera since her car has already the backup camera. The mirror is very clear and the image is displayed was really good too. Instructions weren't even used.

Installed it on my 2004 Avalon before movingit to my 2006 Mazda Tribute. Easier on Avalon but after a little imagination got it to work on the Tribute. It is a little disconcerting to get used to it but it is a really good price and a nice safety asset.

I returned it, because the power hookup had two fuses attached to the power cord, and the fuses themselves were too large for my vehicles fuse box. I just didn't feel like going through that trouble of trying to find some way to make the product work in my vehicle.
