High Quality, Well Made Rolling Workshop!
Purchased this for our Dental office's Pediatric dentist to take to his OR cases that are seen at the hospital. This tool box is a replacement for a similar model and brand that only lasted us 3 years. This Stanley Rolling Workshop is very sturdy and much higher quality than a different name brand cart we purchased locally (could not find a Stanley stateside). It snaps apart to make it easy for all of our assistants to be able to load it in and out of their cars with ease. It has sturdy casters and rolls with ease. We expect this tool box to last much longer than our last version. We were taking a chance on purchasing it from England and knew there was no returning it if we needed to. But we were very happy to see it arrive without a scratch. They wrapped it in bubble wrap boxed it then wrapped it in bubble wrap again. Super Fast Shipping too! Excellent seller andStanley 1-79-206 Rolling Workshop product!

great hobby chest
I do not use it for tools. I use it as my "art chest". I have tubes of paints and brushes in the drawers, bottles of different things in the top with other supplies and the bottom for extra canvases, books, pads and things like that. With the top coming off it easily transports to classes and I have everything together. For me it is ideal and seems to be made strong enough for the use I will give it. Rolling is easy an so far I find it to be a great hobby chest. It might be too light weight for tools and a work a day world. For construction and tools I might have my doubts but for the purpose I bought it for it seems ideal.

Overall good for me, but not for heavy use
I am a single female, and therefore quite the handy"man". I do have a bunch of tools, and they were no longer fitting in my hand-held tool box. I ordered this thinking I could not only store the hand tools, but the plug in ones like dremel tool, saws-all, etc.It arrived faster than I expected. I like that the sections can come off if I want to just carry one of the sections. The sturdiness isn't great. I had drawers opened while filling them and the unit seemed like it might tip. Also, one of the drawers fell off the rail. I keep putting it back on, but it keeps falling off. I am wondering if there is a piece that fell off that I was not aware of? But I am the only person using this so I will just remember t be careful with that drawer. The storage is nice, but I have to admit I am still overflowing it. It does not have a removable tray, so I went to a craft store to buy small containers to load up the different screwdrivers, wrenches, etc. Now I have more organization in there, and I can just pull out the case I want.Overall this is FINE if you are like me and just have tools for a once in a while project. If you are needing daily use or have lots more tools/heavier tools, I would look for something sturdier.

Good tool box for hobbyists.
I purchase this rolling tool cart to replace my PDY Lift-Lock- which is an excellent toolbox in its own right.I teach metal working class and I am always toting a bunch of tools and books back and forth. Since I’m no spring chicken, my husband was concerned that I might hurt myself trying to lift my heavy tools into my car. This purchase was an attempt to alleviate his concerns. So I started looking for a replacement that would serve the same way that the Lift-Lock does. Smallish compartments to hold small jewelry tools and soldering supplies, medium compartments for pliers, files and hammers, and large compartments for books, metals and sundry. The new unit also needed to fit into my car at the end of class, and couldn’t be heavier than what I already was lugging around.Looking at trolly style carts on the market, I see mostly large compartments in most of the available offerings, and many of the really sturdy units are already too heavy to begin with- so the metal trolley types are out. They also seem to be mostly 2 section designs, which are too tall for fitting into my car, and force me to lift heavier sections.I decided on this Stanley unit from the UK (US version is only 2 sections and has less small storage) because it has the small compartments I need, and breaks down into 3 sections that are really easy to load and unload. Although not quite the same as the Lift-Lock, it has a good number of reconfigure-able sections in the drawers to suit my purpose. The larger wheels make negotiating stairs and rough pavement much easier than small wheels, and the handle- though the catch mechanism is a bit stiff in its new condition, gives good steering control.I am considering replacing the wheels, which are blow-molded hollow plastic, with semi-pneumatic wheels to give a smoother feel and to provide some shock absorption- especially on stairs. I also think this would make the unit last a lot longer.Over all I am happy with this purchase. :)

Great quality
It was strong and exactly what I wanted. My husband can fit all his tools in it and take them with him. The shipping is very expensive so double check that because I didn’t and I was shocked!

Terrific value for a great product.
I was able to consolidate three tool bags into this one rolling box. It is sturdy well constructed and easy to move with the handle.

Exactly What I Needed
Exactly what I needed and expected. Received it very quickly. Love all the drawers. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the wheels really could be better, they are a little cheap for the purchase price. Of course, it's not going to hold up as well as a steel toolbox, but if that's what I'd needed, then I would have purchased that instead and spent many hundreds of dollars. Since it's not metal, I'm not going to be as rough with it. But this is perfect for holding all my silversmithing tools as I travel from home to class and back again. And I love that it comes apart so easily to make transporting it a breeze.
