Works and looks as the original remote control that came with the blue ray player.

About the remote
The down button doesn’t work. Half the time most of the time you have to turn the. Volume up and immediately hit down until. You get it to where you want it that. Was before the down button quit working. It’s a good remote the down button is touchy. It mutes when the down button is pressed. So you have to be very light on the down button.

Works with BDV-T57
There are so many virtually identical replacement remotes on Amazon! This is the second one I ordered — the first claimed to work with BDV-T57, but most certainly did not. I will update if I experience any issues, but so far it’s been functional right out of the box. Just put in the batteries and you’re good to go!

Needed a replacement remote because my remote was beat up the buttons started to stick and break off. This remote works well so far so hopefully it lasts a while. I would recommend this to other customers.
