I am just about to reorder! I used to start all seedlings in those tiny square Jiffy type starter pots and still do actually start tomatoes and peppers in the larger round Jiffy pots, transferring them to these pots when they get to be about 4 - 5" tall. By then their roots have reach a stage of needing more space which these pots provide. For just about anything else .. like starting silver sage or sand sage from seeds .. I fill 3/4 of these pots with good quality potting soil and 1/4 seed starter on the top.Ah yes, the pots themselves? As others have written they are sturdy, made of recycled plastic, a great colour and MADE IN USA!Photos not so good ... early in the day!

Great pots for starting your seedlings. The pots are SOLID! I expect to get several years of use and were just right for growing your plants up to about 6-8". I love that they are US made AND incorporate recycled plastic. And the price was fantastic! I can't imagine why I would ever use a different company for starter pots. Their customer service is also amazing! I got an email double checking that the pots met my needs and wanted to ensure I was completely satisfied.Bought them for a high schooler's science research project growing Lima beans. Worked well for that. Next year, I will reuse to get a jump start on my spring planting with something a little more palatable.

Last time, I ordered these pots in a smaller size, but this time I ordered these pots in a larger size. I love these pots. They are sturdy and well made. They do not have an odor to them. These pots are great, they've enabled me to get a start on my vegetable garden this year. Perfect size to grow my tomato plants before transplanting. Love that I can reuse them later in the season or next year.Even better is the customer services from the company. I made three separate orders for these (I kept finding new seeds to plant). In the second order, a few of the pots had some damage around the top rim: about an inch long and quarter inch wide of 8 in the stack were broken in the same place. I contacted Panda Pots and they sent me a whole new order gratis.Great stuff, highly recommend. Also love that they're made here in the USA. Once my seedlings are in the ground, I'll probably buy the bigger ones to try and grow cuttings.

These pots are perfect for my tomato transplants. These size accommodates my tomatoes right up to when they go in the ground. I like that they are made from recycled materials. Also, they are sturdy and have lots of drainage holes.I noticed that in the last few days, the price fluctuates from 16.75 to 19.75. I paid 17.95. At that price, I still thought they were pricey. I think at 19.95 I would have purchased something else.

These are incredibly sturdy and I know I'm going to be able to use them for years. I'm using these primarily for seed starters that are too big for the tiny pots. They are easy to move and use. They hold the dirt well, but still drain the water. The only complaint I have is that not all of the holes were punched out all the way so we had to poke through some thin layers of plastic on a few of the holes in a bunch of them. I consider this a very minor inconvenience, but it might really bother someone else.

bought these along with the "8 Inch Round Plastic Flower Pots Mum Pans (Terracotta Color) Durable, Reusable, Recyclable, Made in the USA (25 Pots)" These are much firmer and seem to be more "heavy duty" then the 8" pots. Will use these in future projects
