Easy to use, compact, good for guests for a night or two
I love the material and size of this convertible bed/ chair. I bought it for my toddler's room so I could stay in the room with him if he were sick. For a night or two, the bed is just fine and looks great! I'd recommend it as a guest bed or something to use every once in a while like I do. I did have tobcommunicate with the manufacturer. They followed through in communication regarding my concerns and demonstrated a deep care for their product and customer satisfaction. For their care and the product being just what I needed, I will give 5 stars.

Super Cute & Firm cushion - but use Caution on pull-out legbars - they don't lock.
Just received our Vonanda Sofa Bed/Convertible Chair - so I'll come back in a few month w an update as well. I want to love it. It was nicely packaged. I unboxed it, and set it up in the room, and then started testing the different configurations. I had it set up as the twin bed, and leaned on the head side to reach for the sheath to the knife I used to cut the tape to the box... and the head-side's legs collapsed as there is nothing to lock them into place. So I landed on my shoulder and wrist, and almost on the knife. I double-checked and there are NO locks on the pull out legs on head or foot side. I would recommend getting a couple custom cut pieces of wood to wedge between the legbars on each side against the middle bottom frame to keep the bars from collapsing back inwards. I realize you get what you pay for - as this is not a high-end piece of furniture, and I didn't want to break the bank for our tiny spare room guest bed. This said, I think they should create and include 2 brace bars to secure this crazy defective design. As for the color, cloth, ease of use, and mattress quality. It's definitely very firm, but I find that comfortable. As an Ottoman, it's great, as a lounge chair, meh, and as a twin bed with great length and width, it's fantastic. I'm a wide 5'5" and there's more than enough length and width for me to sleep comfortably. Quality of the stitching and fabric is finished well-enough, and it doesn't look bad at all. I rather like it, except for having almost stabbed myself falling from the random collapsing legs. Honestly, if they had locks, I'd have given it a 5/5.Update Jan 2025:Coming back to say, aside from the lock snafu which is still a horrible design flaw, it is still in our tiny guest bedroom, has gotten a ton of use from an elementary kid who loves to build forts on and around it ALL the time. The stitching, fabric, feel, and firmness of this little ottoman is intact and still looks new. I've upgraded my 3 stars to a 4. Stand by the fact that if it had the bar locks, it'd be a solid-solid five.

Good options for small spaces that also need a bed
ONE YEAR UPDATE:Still use this almost daily, and it has held up pretty well. It gets unfolded and folded back up every single day, and so far the only issue is that one of the center section screw/bolts have come loose twice, and needed to be put back in and tightened down. But that's after hundreds of cycles.Overall it has held up well to someone 175-200lbs on it nightlyComes fully assembled, and setup is a breeze. It's very firm, but like firm and have no trouble sleeping all night, and popping the fitted sheet off and folding it back up just takes seconds, giving all the space in the room back. Definitely recommend the model with the lock on the support bars. Otherwise you really would need to device something to keep them from getting knocked inward and having the end fold down unexpectedly.

Great extra bed very convenient for small spaces
I have slept on this for a week stretch and it was very comfortable and stable for me. I added a thick blanket as a "topper" and used twin sheets from Ikea. It is on the firm side. I raised the head portion too watch tv and it was comfortable as well. I would say its similar to how a couch sits but more like a lounge chair.(think fold up outside sun lounger) I found it to be very sturdy unlike a outdoor fold up lounger. You have to make sure you have all the positions fully locked in. In the folded up ottoman mode It is stable and I add large pillows as a back rest against a wall and it sits fine for one oversize seat option heavy enough to not slide away from the wall on wood floors. I would add I am able to store my sheets and blanket in side the zipper compartments. I love it as an extra bed for a quest or myself. I would highly recommend it. You cant beat the price and convenience of this.

Nice material, a little unstable
I recently purchased a versatile ottoman that can be transformed into a comfortable chair and even into a twin-size bed. It's perfect for accommodating guests. I have it in my daughter's room to save space, but I only extend it when needed due to the limited space. The extended chair takes up more floor space than I anticipated, but it works for our situation. The only downside is that the chair's back leg is not very stable, which could be unsafe for small children. So, I recommend using it in a guest room rather than a child's room.

Great little hida-bed-chair-ottman
Purchased 2 of these for my kids to have in their rooms for guests. They are a close enough color match to my couch that they can be pulled out to the living room and used there as well. They open up and fit almost perfectly into the center of my sectional to make a large bed like couch. Great for having slumber parties with all the girlies crashing in the living room .My kids are boy 15 and girl 13. They both have them set up at the foots of their beds as a bench which next to the bed is low enough for the bed to work as a back so it's almost like a mini chair, which they both use to game or watch tv. This also allows for their guests to have a place to sit that also folds out into a semi decent bed. It is just a bit shy of a twin so we have twin sheets to put over it to protect while sleeping. Guests who have slept on it said that it is not bad. My husband who is a large man, 6'3' and 350 lbs took a tester nap on it and was also pleased with how well it supported him. It comes with 2 long pillows that are currently on my couch.Over all totally pleased with my purchase and would buy it again.
