Great product, the plastic finned motor cup is superior to the magnetic pellet type. And for god sake, tell everyone in your family to keep your cup out of the dishwasher. I have lost about three of these to trhat horrible water machine.

I'm sure the item works great. And what I'm about to write has more to do with the MANufacturer. Because EVERY surface of the box says, "what every MAN wants!" and "the ultimate lazy MAN'S mug." Not just people. They are selling exclusively to males? It fits comfortably in my slender female hands. So is it meant for SMALL male hands or...FOR EVERYONE!? That was rhetorical. I'm glad I didn't see the packaging and ordered it. Cause the product's focus would have kept me shopping.

Make sure you do not submerge in water. Other than that, this is great. I mix my syrup and creamer in my coffee.

I like the product. I gave them as a gift, they loved them. I have to be careful while cleaning. Do not get water in the batteries compartment.

It’s great for cocoa.

These work great for my husband and me. They obviously don't last forever, but for the money they're just fine.

This is great for hot chocolate but it must be hand-washed and not submerged in water. Even then, eventually the water will leak into the battery compartment and corrode. Ours lasted a few years before we bought a replacement.

These are so much fun when you make your coffee with a creamer it's almost having a latte or hot chocolate or even mix a drink
