Great product at a good price. Convenient and tastes good. Good source of protein. Brought my blood levels up and my Dr. was happy!

Good flavor. Not overpowering, not syrupy sweet, and not chalky. Can drink at room temp and they’re quite good, but are even better refrigerated or over ice. I’ve had these on subscribe and save for three years and keep them on hand because I go through periods where I have digestive issues, and when I can’t eat solid food these are helpful. Only negative is the cost has jumped a few times; not thrilled by that and if they go up much more I’ll be cancelling.

Chocolate - Really Like It!!! And I am picky! Having tried several brands in this category of high protein, low carb, under 200 calories. Though only small amounts it has both fiber and iron at least the chocolate does. Tastes like real chocolate milk the colder the better. Shake, shake, shake! Nice mouth feel not slimy nor chalky or overly sweet. Very little after taste. As a semaglutide user sometimes it is hard to eat a meal. Protein shakes are a convenient way to hit protein goals. With chocolate or vanilla flavors sometimes I’ll make a DIY iced coffee blended with a shake. But yeah this is one of my fav brands so far.

This particular product had an ingredient that didn't agree with my tummy. I do well with the Vanilla and Strawberry though. Most people would probably have no problems. I a very sensitive stomach. Tasted great though. Consistency was smooth.

Really enjoy the product. Nice taste. A smallish size but does include 30g of protein so you'd need to be on the big size to not find that a sufficient boost of protein to satisfy most average 'fit dude' requirements. Bought this several times.
