Caron Yarn X Pantone, Fuchsia Plume

Perfect amount of yarn to switch up colors for a hat. Yarn is easy to work.

The colors are beautiful, and for a wool blend it is extremely soft. The balls are so annoying to deal with, both in having to unwind them carefully and in having to tie so many knots in my work. The project looks great afterwards due to the vibrant colors but takes a lot longer to finish.

The quality of the yarn was good and the idea behind it was great. The amount per color is small and the way they are wrapped /rolled up end up with me having a major mess of knots on my hands with each color. Spent the night un-knotting and rolling into balls the couple of sets I bought. I’d rather buy larger amounts of the same color sets in separate balls instead of this. But kudos for the idea.

Love the feel of this yarn and it the product turned out beautifully. The only drawback was that the yarn splits easily.
