Fabulous Follow-Up to Blue Broccoli
Qubits is the amazing follow-up to the excellent Blue Broccoli & Nanobots. Not only is it a visual treat and beautifully illustrated, but it introduces readers to a world of little-known careers for both girls and boys. It embraces diversity and teaches children about important topics such as equality, mental health awareness, disabilities and the importance of tolerance. Divided into two halves, young readers can choose between Qubit jobs (looking to the future) and Quiver Tree jobs (preserving what we already have), and is great for kids to dip in an out of rather than read in one long stretch. This book would make a wonderful christmas present for either girls or boys. I particularly liked the activity section at the back. Highly recommended!

perfect gift for curious children
This is an amazing book that introduces children to a fascinating spectrum of increasingly important careers in STEM and environmental protection, through a diverse group of beautifully illustrated characters. The importance of role models is undeniable, and this book really hammers home the idea that all children can be anything they want, regardless of gender, disabilities, race etc.. Having grown up with few role models in the media or in real life, and thinking that only men could be doctors and women were nurses, I would have relished a book like this as a child. I would not hesitate to buy this book for any inquisitive child.

fantastic children's book
The book is really colorful and descriptive, it shows different jobs that children could do in the future in a really cool way. It also shows that anyone can do anything no matter who they are or what disabilities they may have. This is a really good way to get children interested in Science and all the things the can do with it.
