desertcart.com: Peak Design Everyday Sling 6L, Black, Padded Adjustable Shoulder Strap for Crossbody or Waist Carry, FlexFold Dividers, Ideal for Carrying Cameras or Everyday Essentials, Sling Bag for Men and Women : Clothing, Shoes & Jewelry Review: excellent camera daypack - I have tried many camera bags over the years. I recently simplified my setup so my camera bag needed to change. My new "carry bag" is this Peak Design Everyday Sling 6L. When weather conditions are good, or my car is nearby, then I only carry my camera (no bag). At the end of every day I always "rebag" the camera, for transport back to the house, hotel or wherever I'm spending the night. If weather is dicey, or I'm near coastal spray, or high desert wind and sand, I'll keep it bagged. The sling design is supremely formfitting on your back so it's not cumbersome whatsoever. When I go away for a long weekend by car, it takes up very little space, and it's small enough to hide under the front seat if you're in a questionable neighborhood or parking garage. For air travel, I typically have a wheelie carry-on and a small backpack. I plan to sling this over the backpack and hope not to be questioned by the gate folks. If they do, it's small enough to zip into my backpack. FYI...I shoot with a Sony A7r iv and Tamron 28-200. That's it, that's my setup. The bag has convenient storage for a small wall charger, extra battery, sd cards, etc. The all-around build is top quality. A well thought-out design. Review: I LOVE this sling for my X100V! - I recently got a Fuji X100V and wanted a nice way to carry it that offered more protection/stability than a simple neck strap. I originally got the 3L and although it could work, I found it to be a bit lacking in space for other items and a bit more snug for the camera than desired. So, I easily returned it and got this 6L version and I couldn't be happier! It fits the Fuji X100V perfectly with its fixed lens, 2 filters and the lens cap on. It also has 2 removable velcro dividers to subdivide the main compartment as you desire, or remove if you want just one big pocket. I use both dividers with the main compartment, which is great for holding the following whenever I head out: my keys, an Anker battery pack for my phone, my Galaxy S9 if charging, my sunglasses, camera filters, wallet, garage door opener, and some extra Fuji batteries for my camera in the neoprene zip sleeve at the top of the inside compartment. I can even stash a Yeti Colster in there if I'm feeling frisky, though it requires some adjustments and a few things to be left behind. ;) I also have the Peak Design Cuff Wrist Strap (which I also LOVE) attached to the camera constantly and I use it to pull the camera out of the bag all the time. If i'm walking around for hours, I can just pull the sling to my chest and use it almost as a pouch whenever I feel like putting my camera down. This sling is also just a great sling if you wanted an every day carry without a camera too; it could be perfect for things like theme parks, hikes, etc if you just wanted something comfortable to carry a little bit of stuff but not a full backpack. Overall I love this and cannot recommend it highly enough. Yes it's expensive compared to some competitors, but the material quality and build feels top notch and the Peak Design guys have great warranty and customer service I hear in the event of any quality issues.

Super quality small camera bag
This bag is as close to perfect as any bag in its size class that I've seen. Unlike most camera shoulder bags, the shoulder strap is comfortable WITHOUT depending on a pad that invariably slips out of place. It's roomy enough to hold a full-frame mirrorless camera body and up to four compact prime lenses, or two compact primes and a fast prime or zoom lens, with room for spare batteries, filters, and cleaning kit. I typically carry my camera body in the center of the main compartment, with two compact primes on one side, with a telephoto zoom (Tamron 70-180mm f/2.8) on the other side. The fold-down dividers keep the lenses separate.

Excellent build quality and design but too small for my use
A really great looking bag. Solid build, sits flat against the body to avoid it sticking out too much. Integrated strap. Would be a perfect hip pack or fanny pack (if overly sturdy for not carrying gear). There's two, adjustable, removable dividers inside. Unfortunately it's just a little too tight for my R6 + RF-100-400mm. It baaarely fits (see pic) but you can't tell that the zipper barely closes over the handle, and the end of the lens is resting on the side wall of the bag instead of the bottom. I'd need to pad that and couldn't carry anything else at the same time, making the bag a lot less useful for my shooting-- and no room for snacks. Strap is comfortable. Bag is unobtrusive. One thing to note, the bag is very sturdy-- it takes up a fair bit of space if you're packing it flat for air travel. This is a great design for a small camera bag that could be "any bag" and has room for some extras. IF you're carrying a small cam / short lens. I personally need to move up tot the 10L size instead.

Perfect for a Mirrorless Camera
Perfectly fits a EOS M50 with two zoom lenses, a portable battery charger, spare batteries (3), a ND filter, battery bank, and spare SD cards. Doesn't weigh too heavy when going places due to the strap.

Love PD, this one not so much
The design just does not have the “give” to flex and accommodate shaped items. The shape although smart looking kinda exacerbates the problem. The 6L bag has a hard time accommodating my Olympus mirrorless without the zipper straining, let alone the camera and a spare zoom lens. I like the bag material and style too much to send back, so I finnagled a way to carry the camera and a bare minimum of things in it. I will learn to live with it. But, PD could’ve done a lot better in this department.

Fits my own needs perfectly
This sling fits my needs perfectly. For what it's worth, it was between this and the Nomatic 8L Sling, and I might like the design of the Nomatic just a bit better, for various reasons. But, bottom line, I can fit two Leica Q2s in this bag, along with spare batteries, SDs, and some filters (and that's about it!), but I cannot say the same for the Nomatic. They're both great bags, but this one won out for personal reasons. Highly recommended for anyone, depending on your space needs. Minor gripe: like others have said, the outside pocket is almost useless, unless you have something small and thin (memory cards, I suppose, or passport, maps, etc), but it's what you pay for minimal sling size I suppose. Nice bag - for me, a keeper.

My Choice in camera bags
I own several bags including this one and the same bag in the 10L size. The bags I use the most are the two Peak Design bags. They just feel for compact but internally they aren't, if that makes sense. They don't attract attention to themselves and don't scream CAMERA GEAR! The same amount of stuff that fits in an equivalently sized bag from another manufacturer fits in this bag. If you want an obvious, this is my camera and it's in this bag type of carry then this isn't it. If you want quality and discretion in the process I'd look no further.
