It helps!
I really don't like the smell of the oil.... personal objection to rose. BUT IT WORKS! I have been able to fall asleep and stay asleep since I started using this oil. I have ordered some other oil blends from Biosource, I have happy with those products as well. I would recommended it and I will buy it again.
