I looked all over for a good set with strong resistance, right size and right price. These delivered. I work out every single day and I'm still on the medium band, working up to the heavy band. Awesome for at home workouts and the case makes it easy to take to the gym. Highly recommend.

Great variety of levels and good quality. Come with a bag to store them in and a pamphlet with some exercise suggestions.

Love these bands so far - they work great! The color is perfect. The bands are smaller than I expected but that hasn't impacted their function yet. I wish the storage bag were a little bigger so it was easier to throw the bands in. I also prefer non-latex resistance bands, but I haven't been able to find any in a loop so I got these instead.

I researched resistance bands quite extensively before choosing this one. I wanted one that would strengthen upper leg muscles for knee recovery, but this band is good for anyone who wants to tone glutes. Band does not roll and maintains its tension. It also comes with a useful exercise guide. So far, I'm happy with the purchase.

Good quality and great price

These barely provide any resistance, even the heaviest band feels too light (and I am not exceptionally strong).

This is a fantastic product for clamshell exercises. It is MUCH better than the rubber bands.

Don’t expect to be able to use this extensively for hip exercises. The rang of motion is only a few inches more than the default size.
