It will fit you 2004 -2009 Acura TL and look good.
Adhesive is used to fasten it and no screws to drill into the trunk. I put it on and two days later I check to see if it had loosen and it was solid. "No movement"

Perfect considering price
Good rubber for the price, it also comes with instructions on how to place and install so it lays and stick the way its meant to. Ill update my review to see if it withstands rain and real life conditions. But currently im very satisfied with this buy
