Lumie Bodyclock Luxe 750DAB - Wake-up Light with DAB Radio, Bluetooth Speakers, Low-Blue Light for Sleep

I’ve definitely found I am less tired since using my Bodyclock. The sunrise and sunset features are easy to set and work well. Being able to set separate 7 day alarms is a great feature. The sound quality is good enough with both the DAB radio and Bluetooth music from my phone. The only things I would change are that the built in sounds are a little too synthetic sounding to make me feel relaxed, and I would like to be able to set the clock a little brighter so I’m not squinting to see it through the night. Overall a great product and I would recommend it to anyone who suffers from tiredness through the dark months of the year.

I am using the product for nearly two years, bought it when I realised that I have SAD, and helped a lot with waking up early mornings refreshed. It is an expensive item but it worth it for my health. I can recommend it as a life changer. Setting it was a bit tricky but I easily got the hang of it. I could feel whenever I left my phone charging over night in another room that I rested better, and waking up gently with birds chirping ( it is my favourite setting, there are plenty of other options), with a sunrise leading to a nice start for a busy day.

So obviously this thing costs a lot for what it is. Presumably in part due to being a certified medical device.But it works very very well as a sunrise / sunset alarm clock, lights are very bright.The rest of the electronics are functional but not polished:* The DAB radio's reception isn't fantastic in my house, but that seems to be the case for any of them.* Bluetooth seems pairing isn't very smooth with an iPhone 12, have to tell my phone to pair with it each time.* There is a selection of in-built audio including lots of birds, military drill and traffic. Weirdly no ocean wave sounds though.* The USB port isn't for charging your phone (which I'd assumed) but to allow you to give it MP3s to play.On the whole I'm happy with this as it does everything I want.

Had a Phillips model that does pretty much the same for 15years that gave up the ghost so opted for this model as a replacement. Trully brilliant in its function as sunset and sunrise light, love the fact you can program days differently and the fact the read out can be completely turned of is great too. DAB radio fantastic and having an aerial instead of a manky wire really makes it nicer to look at. Only one feature dissapointed me an that was the usb "charging" function, it's too low powered for a modern phone so i woke up with a drained battery. It's pricey so that downside does grind my gears slightly, all in all the good outways the bad.

I have looked at lumie bodyclocks for years but have always been put off by the price. However, this clock has changed my life and more noticeable now as the mornings get darker. I've struggled to fall asleep and wake up refreshed but since purchasing this clock, I have done so solely with the use of light (I haven't had to use the sound functionality for an alarm, purely the light). The sundown gives off such a warm comforting glow and where prior to purchase I would sometimes struggle to get to sleep before 2am, I now fall asleep and wake up with ease. I've been reluctant to drop my backup alarm on my phone because I wasn't sure if it was a fluke/consistent etc but the body clock does its job and I have now done away with my other alarms. I'm going to the gym at 5:30am and naturally setting a better sleep routine because I really do like the calm this light brings in the evening. The only negative thing I would say is it looks like quite a beast.. and I wasn't expecting a long arial for the radio. I didn't but the body clock for aesthetics though so this hasn't impacted my star rating.

This light is a definite improvement from my very old wake up light. It took a while to get set up and learn how to save settings but the improvement in sound and saved preset radio stations is really good. I like that it has a sleep function and will play sounds of your choice and dim the light for sleep. It definitely improves and helps me getting to sleep and waking up.

It's genuinely unfathomable how bad the control scheme and UI is and I've had it for close to a year now.If I try to use the USB feature the device slows down to an unresponsive crawl.I'm only using the USB feature because the built in file for white noise now cuts out every 10-20 seconds and it's also not usable as a sunrise setting even though I need it to block out traffic noise.Take my word for it- it's rubbish and you'll just constantly be aggravated. Just buy something else.

Absolutely love this clock, revolutionised my mornings, in 3 months I’ve only once been woken by the radio, waking gently with the light every other day!
