These come with instructions to "tumble dry", but I do not do that with pajamas, so I took them out of the package and washed on med/cold, dried on med-high. They DO shrink. I was concerned about lengthwise shrinking as I hate short arms and legs after washing things. These come with not at all long arm length, and very average leg length.I have short arms and quite long legs for my 5'5" height. The lengthwise shrinkage was noticeable, but not severe. The width of both parts shrink, but only the top shrank to the point I could no longer button it.I do wish companies would completely pre-shrink fabrics before cutting them. That said, these are ok (I'll clearly need a size up), but because the arms and legs are average-to-short, I only give them three stars. The fabric is ok, but not great. Pricewise, they are not too bad, but I will never get over the loss of my favorite brand from the market place. These ARE 100% cotton (and for that I am very grateful). For flannel, they should be a little thicker/better quality fabric. They seem to be made fairly well. So I will keep the larger size I purchased at the same time (just in case), as well as these for when I lose a little bit of weight.

We bought 2 pairs (red & blue) for my 5’3” mother in a size ‘Large’ to comfortably fit around her middle. Because we bought a larger size than her height might indicate, we had to hem the sleeves and legs as they were about 2” too long. The flannel is soft, and the pj’s wash & dry well. They are very warm, comfortable and cozy. They look great! Mom is 101 and her fingers aren’t nimble enough to manage the tiny buttons found on many pj’s. We selected these pajamas because they have larger buttons that are perfect for her. She also appreciates having the pockets on the pajama top! A solid 5 stars.

I'm 5' 4", 152lbsUsually I order size L, but this time I thought bigger is better and more comfortable, therefore I ordered XL... Well, it's definitely bigger lol or should I say high?! It feels like a man size XL.Needles to say I'll return it and buy a smaller size.The pj's are super soft and warm and comfortable!

I love these pajamas - I feel like I'm putting on my PJ's after my Sunday night bath when I was seven. They are so comfortable and soft. I ordered a large which is a bit roomier than I wanted but I always wash in hot and dry at hot so if they shrink a bit ..no problem. I got them delivered with free shipping in just three days, just in time for a home- no work- snow day due to a blizzard. I just ordered another set in a different color scheme because you can never have enough cozy pajamas!!! These pajamas feel like they'll hold up for many years!

Unlike most brands I've tried on here, these are sized correctly. After drying in the dryer they are still sized the way I want my jamies--i.e., loose enough for comfort, but not baggy. (Young people would want smaller ones.)Finally got cold enough to wear them and they are really soft and comfortable. Made pretty well, and having pockets is unheard of and great!I washed them on warm/cold, and dried them on med-high. I will order them again if they bring out another print in exactly the same quality fabric and construction.

I read the reviews and decided to order a large. I am 5’4” tall and weigh 133lbs and although it’s a large it’s only a bit long in the jacket, leg length is OK. They are very warm but need ironing. I was warned they might shrink but mine didn’t.

These are so soft and comfortable. They did shrink after washing, so if you're close in a size you might want to get the next size larger.

These pajamas are very soft and well-made. There is piping around the collar, front-opening and on the pockets of the top-- a very nice touch. Heavy enough to be warm yet light enough to be comfortable for sleeping. I usually wear a medium in clothes but I got a large because I saw that they were 100% cotton and not pre-shrunk. It was a good choice because the pants and sleeves were long on me until I washed them and now they fit perfectly. So, you may want to order a size larger if you plan to wash them in hot water and dry them in a dryer.
