Cuisinart9-Inch Chef's Classic Nonstick Bakeware Square Cake Pan, Champagne

I like the non stick surface and whatever material the pan is made of appears to spread the oven heat evenly forconsistent baking results. I was initially surprised at the weight of the pan, but have since gotten used to it as I know it makes my mom's gingerbread recipe perfect.

I purchased this pan less than one year ago. The coating is peeling off. I have used the dishwasher. Maybe that's the problem. Do ALL non-stick pans eventually peel??

Great pan but would have preferred it to be packed in a box rather than flimsy mailer!

My wife was looking for a pen that wouldn't flex and bend from the heat in the oven. This one is very sturdy Easy to get things out of and great value for the money

Cuisinart never disappoints! Nice heavy-duty pan, love that it’s dishwasher safe.

Quality cookware. Great for baking. I do use parchment paper for bottom of pan sometimes. However, I have also baked without the paper and am happy to say cake did not stick. Heavy means even baking and no burnt bottom. Great price for 2!

I love cuisinart bakeware. I've had their cookie sheets and 9x13 forever and they hold up well. If you are very gentle with them (like not using sharp knives to cut brownies while they are still in the pan) they will last a long time. I like the bottom better than my glass pan which has a much curvier bottom, this is nice and clean and makes for nicer edges.

Non stick just like it says. Easy to clean. Great for baking brownies!

A nice pan, but like most things of this nature, it scratched on the first use. I'd expect with regular use that you'd have to buy a new one every year if you were worried about the coating coming off.

Lockdown bakery skills led me to grab this baking tin for chocolate caramel squares. The thing is perfect, non stick, doesn’t warp in the oven and is super easy to clean. I can speak for you superstar bakers who make things everyday but for the bi-weekly - monthly use I need it for it’s perfect.

Bought 2 and when I received them I was really pleasantly surprised to see the quality of the pan. Nice heavy gauge metal... I am glad I chose to buy the Cuisinart ones.
