The product is good, but users must understand that it is testing the surface of the article. So, it is very important to pile the surface in order to make sure you are testing the bulk. I did test a brass coated with 24K gold and before piling the surface it showed 24K. Another point. make sure to calibrate the Gemooro AuRACLE before testing.

Straight out of the box, I calibrated the pen, and tested on enhanced mode, and as advertised, precise reading! I love this machine. Great value, great Tool. I hope to get many years of use! Thanks to the company for making such a valuable tool.

The gold tester is not accurate at all, you have to clean the pen after every test, you have to re calibrate many many times, and you have to use a file and ruin the jewelry when testing. it is a lot of money for something so inaccurate.

Bad power supply cord and can't find any information on a replacement. Bought an entire new unit (with new cord) and confirmed issue. Anybody know where to get a cord that fits ordered several cords and none work.
