My fiance's hair straighteners broke down and I was tasked with finding a replacement as an early Christmas present. I literally know nothing about hair straighteners so I went on Amazon looking for something reasonably priced with good reviews and that's where I found these! I did initially think something with nearly 800 five star reviews for less than £30 may be too good to be true but I'm glad to report my fiance loves them! She has struggled to find straightens that can cope with her thick hair in the past and she says these outperform her £100+ GHD's which broke down. Highly, highly recommended!

These are the best straighteners I have owned. My ghds broke and I saw these and read many reviews saying how great they were and for the price I gave it a go and i will never look back. I have thick frizzy hair and these straighten it in 10 minutes so easy. I cant rave enough about these they really are worth buying.

I have been using ghd straighteners for years and they are great. I was looking for hair tools for Christmas presents and came across this. Read the reviews and thought for the price I would try them. I cannot believe how good these are. Easy to use, heat up quickly but most of all the compliments I have had on how good my hair looks. My hair is quite long. So people if you're looking for straighteners that do a great job and don't cost a fortune I suggest you try these. I haven't even used my ghds since I got these. Very happy customer 🙂

Arrived yesterday so arrived quickly. Looks great, and I love how it styled my hair. Only thing is you can't put it away straight away so you will need a heat mat.... I like the bag that comes with it but it does say don't put it away straight away so I assume it isn't heat resistant. I would have liked it 100% if it had come with a heat glove as the tool gets really hot so be careful. It's not a deal breaker but I will be purchasing the glove so no big deal. Like it a lot.

I ordered these based on previous reviews and was hoping other users were correct. My GHD’s had just stopped working and I didn’t want to pay extortionate prices for a new pair so thought I’d give these a go. I have to say I’m glad I did! The purple colour is lovely and they came in a lovely presentation box too with quick delivery. You can set the temperature to as high or low as you like depending on your hair condition. I did find it took longer than my old ghds to heat up so I locked them into closed mode rather than leave them open to generate more heat and they heated up quicker. They glides through my hair smoothly with no snagging and leave it straight first time. For the price I will definitely not be going back to ghds that’s for sure!

Bought these as a cheap replacement for old GHD straighteners. I was really pleasantly surprised by how great these are for the price. I have really thick hair and my old GHDs really struggled to tame it between washes. Used them this morning for 1st time and hair has looked lovely and straight all day, the extra wide plates are great for thick hair . The only slight issue I had with them is the temperature controls are quite close to where I would naturally want to put my hand, but I just held them slightly higher up and that was fine. They also heated up quickly and look and perform much better than I would expect for the price.

When i need a break from my curls, this straightener is amazing.Works really well on my hair.

Ordered these yesterday, arrived today. Put these beauties to the test and I'm very impressed with them!!!! Love the colour, looks and feels sturdy while in use and produces fab results that last! Only fault I've found is the position of the power switch on the straighteners and could accidentally turn them off when using them from time to time.Overall, excellent value for money and far better than big brands such as GHD, Babyliss, etc.
