Q: Can I use OE pushrods?

Typically you will need a longer than stock pushrod with that cam. We recommend measuring on the engine to get the correct length.

Q: Will this fit an 09 Silverado and if so, will I need to replace valve spring and lifters?

I believe that it will fit but I think you need the single bolt cam instead of the 3 bolt and yes you need to replace the springs,depending on the mileage you may be able to reuse your old lifters since it's a roller cam but if budget allows I would replace them also

It'll fit, but you'll need a new 3 bolt cam gear as your stock cam has a single bolt. You also need to get a DoD delete kit. This is not really a truck cam, though. I would only use it in a sport truck.
